BR-200 Industrial ROV – 200m

BR-200 is a compact industrial inspection ROV designed for professional underwater inspection missions down to 200 meters depth.

The system is optimized for inspection of ports, dams, underwater pipelines, subsea cables and marine infrastructure. Its compact frame, five-thruster configuration and stable control system allow operators to perform reliable inspection work in confined or shallow industrial environments.

The vehicle uses surface power architecture without batteries, enabling long missions without dive-time limitations associated with battery-powered systems.

Baltic ROV systems are developed based on more than 20 years of practical underwater operations, focusing on reliability, modularity and ease of maintenance.

Typical Applications

These inspection missions often require stable heading control, constant depth control and long inspection runs.

Automatic Stabilization Functions

Auto Heading (Course Hold)

Maintains a fixed heading automatically using onboard sensors and thruster compensation. This function is particularly useful during pipeline inspection and subsea cable inspection.

Auto Depth

Maintains constant inspection depth and compensates vertical drift during inspection passes.

These functions reduce operator workload and improve inspection accuracy.

Integrated Sensors and Navigation

The BR-200 can be equipped with USBL positioning systems for underwater navigation.
